Eagle784
Is there a way to specify a default download and upload cap for each torrent added? I see there are global caps, but I can't find any caps that would apply for individual torrents. As it stands, each time I add a torrent, I have to manually go to advanced and write in the cap. Ultima
Nope, no way to do that.
DreadWingKnight
Why do you want per-torrent caps when global caps operate more efficently?
Eagle784
I've noticed one torrent tends to monopolize the cap, especially the upload cap, causing the other dowloads to be stifled.
DreadWingKnight
Then run fewer torrents at once.
Eagle784
"Then run fewer torrents at once."Yes, obviously I was looking for a way not to have to do that.Additionally, I'd like to be able prioritize upload to private trackers where stats matter. In any case, thanks for your help.
Switeck
You may just be trying to split too little upload speed between too many upload slots.Try reducing upload slots per torrent or like others said, reduce the total number of active torrents. Each upload slot really needs to get 1 KB/sec at absolute minimum and does best with about 3-10 KB/sec.
