lokeycmos
ive been having problems with norton antivirus popups. saying "norton is waiting for a scan of SOS98-06.zip" (for example)this is not the only one, there are multiple popups like these scanning the same file over and over and over. it extremely slows down my computer. ive done searches on my hard drive and all the files that are being scanned like this are all in the utorrent temp folder. does anyone else have this problem? any help would be greatly appreciated.(this is not a worm problem that some people where having on this forum.its an antivirus thing)thank youwindows xp pro sp2utorrent 1.6norton systemworks 2005zonealarm

Ultima
Meh, I don't know. But either way, as DeathAxe clearly demonstrated, the use of any Symantec/Norton product is really not advised around here, as they're known to be extremely buggy. And bloated. And stuff. I've never had any issues with whatever firewall software I've used, so this can't be an issue with µTorrent, which would only lead to the conclusion that NAV is being stupid.
