Different Proxies for hostnames and traffic

Hi!

Currently, I can only access the internet from my university... They have a pretty restrictive proxy which I bypass using TOR, which is pretty slow but works fine so far. Now, TOR isn't really usable for p2p programs - so my idea was to just use the uni proxy using https, which usually works. Now, the problem is that I don't even get as far as starting a download because the proxy doesn't let me find those trackers. Now, the question is if I can somehow set up µtorrent to resolve the hostnames using a certain proxy (the TOR) and download the files using a different proxy (the uni).

Resolving hostnames for the trackers have nothing to do with the proxy being used. The problem is more likely that your university's firewall is NOT allowing unauthorized/unrecognized traffic, and if you have no control of the university's firewall, there's nothing you can do about it at all.
