D-Link DI-624 router properly fowarded still gives me a Red "!"

I have a D-Link DI-624 router that I properly fowarded using Portfoward.com and AOL Safety and Security Center in which the firewall is set up to allow the port to be fowarded but I still get a red "!" in uTorrent. My torrents still download but it goes somewhat slow. Disabling the Security Center still results in a red "!".

You set a static IP? What modem are you using?

I have a static IP and use a LAN connection (no modem).
