Utorrent Disconnecting

Hi !

heres my problem,

im downloading 4gb file on a 6mb connection , im getting close to that figure(568k average) when im downloading the file

but after about a minute my broadband disconnects and i have to plug out my router and restart my computer.

i also noticed 100 disc crash down the bottom of utorrent????

i need a step by step guide on how to download files with a lot of seeders or...???

MY SPECS ARE:

AMD athlon 3200

1gb of ram

Broadband 6mb connection

Aoylynk DR814 ADSL 2+ broadband router

Windows XP Sp2
