Tracker Time-out because of too many torrents.

Hey,

I have around 40 torrents seeding on the same tracker, and it causes a time-out when I try to update the tracker. So what I am trying to find out is how to modify the time-out for waiting for the tracker response.

I looked around on the forum but could not find the answer.

I am pretty sure that this is the problem because when I stop 20 of the 40 torrents, everything works fine :-)

Anybody care to give me some insight?

Run fewer torrents.

If torrents have 0 activity, they will not count towards the active slots.

the problem is basically the vlient time-out before the tracker responds... how can I extend the delay b4 the client times-out ?

You're probably overloading your connection by starting too many torrents. Or hammering the server if it doesn't support multi-scrape.

the timeout is 60 seconds, so if you're timing out, run less torrents.
