virtualtaoist Posted October 30, 2006 Report Share Posted October 30, 2006 Hi folks, first time posting here, I've searched the forums and don't think theres any post similar to this, if there is I apologize...Onto the problem, Its nothing too major, but I have a list of trackers I've collected from all over the net saved in a .txt document and find that download speeds increase greatly when I copy the list into the general properties tab of the files I'm downloading. However the list always seems to cut off about halfway through. So I'm wondering if there is some form of character limit, as it often cuts off in the middle of the http address.On a side note I've experienced crashes and total system resets when using the list with a cut off address, if I remove the last address thats been shortened the crashes no longer happen.Thanking you in advance.
