Myrna Posted November 7, 2006 Report Share Posted November 7, 2006 my file seems to have stopped at 92%, and the tracker status states that it is offline (timed out) Is this why? How can I fix and finish the download. The down speed is very slow .1 to .4, yet the up speed is considerable higher. Its been at 92% for over 3 hours (downloading a total of 17-18 hrs. now.
