Help utorrent speed question

Hello there

well the thing is i got 2.5 Mb speed im behind a router and ive done all i need to do :port forwarding ,firewall off no other firewall, the connection icon is green too but the maximum download i get is 30 kb and when utorrent is opened i cant browse the internet

so if anyone could help me that would be great thanks

Check the link in my signature. And if you're limiting your upload to 5, then unless you have dial-up, DON'T limit it to 5.
