sam111
My download speed is very erratic i may one second be downloading over 100 kbps and then it can shoot streight down to 2kbps is this normal or is it a setting change in order. It may not always be as erattic as this but it is up and down, i am downloading something now with 100 seeds and 17 peers, it spends a minute or two at 10 to 15 kbps and then jumps to 15o kbps is anything that can keep it fast all the time. thanks

Ultima
Ctrl+G in µTorrent. And yes, if you max your upload speed out, you can kill your download speeds because by maxing your upload out, you're preventing µTorrent from sending acknowledgement packets to start packet downloads. Switeck
You must run an UPLOAD speed test to tell you that.

Ultima
No... you tested your download speed... pick a test site closest to your current location, and make sure it tells you your UPload speed too.
