idic314
Granted i think i have a unique problem. My hard drive randomly disconnects and it causes errors to pop up in any downloads i have going and thus requires a manual restart. is there or could there be in the future an autoresume from errors feature? specifically my error is "the system cannot find the file/path specified". ScubaSteve
you should first take a serious look at your hard drive. having a hdd that disconnects randomly is definately not a good thing.
slayers
idic314, do you really think an application should create a feature to workaround problems your system has created?Unique is not the issue. Unless uTorrent is specifically causing this you're really pushing it.
TechNiko
It would be useful for people who download on networks, it has happenned to me before where one of the computers I download towards has had to force restart, and BitComet handles that very bad, it pops errors every second and you have to ultimately shut it down. Maybe not a "restart" function itself, but at least if the client recognizes the error and handles it properly, it's all good. I haven't seen how µTorrent handles this situation yet.
