Switeck Posted November 14, 2006 Report Share Posted November 14, 2006 Another guess:You may have exceeded your monthly bandwidth quota or your connection is simply slower than the settings you told µTorrent to use...so the net result is only 30 KB/sec download....so while you're only getting 30 KB/sec, what is your upload doing?
