Cpu Problems when downloading only

well as i said as soon as i start to download with utorrent( havent checked with any other applications) my cpu jumps up to 100% usage and then it goes around there, witch makes it impossible to do anything else at all..

I have never had a problem like this before and it started a coulpe days ago..

everything works great as long as i only share, but as long as i try to download something this happens

and i have tried to reinstall the program and it didnt help, so can this be a Utorrent problem, or is it more likely thati have started to get a cpu problem?? i mean on the hardware

well i dont use any of those listed in the faq, but it seems that peeeps have ahd problems with zone alarm firewall too, so i guess im gonna try change that and see how it works
