ERROR -3 mapping port

I have port forwarding set up on my router, and when I test it through the utorrent Port checker I get this:

OK! Port 54838 is open and accepting connections.

but then uTorrent still repeatedly gives me this error:

uPnP: ERROR -3 mapping port 54838 -> 192.168.0.3:54838

any suggestions? Things seem to be working okay from what I can tell except when I try to initiate a seed I have to start it with another client and then once I get a few other ppl seeding I can restart uTorrent and ppl can get it from me. Weird right?

If you've manually forwarded, you don't need to use UPnP

If you pass the connection checker, you need to start before the other people do.
