only getting red arrow down

I'm new to utorrent after not liking bittorennt. I deleted bittorrent and tried downloading with ut but I'm grtting nothing but the red down arrow after trying a number of times.

I get the blue arrow for a max of 10 seconds before the red arrow shows up.

I also reconfigured according to Tom's faq.

Any help appreciated
