Finishes Torrent But Fails Recheck

i am using uTorrent 1.6 and have been for a while,everything has been great till just recently,after a torrent finishes downloading and its seeded for however long i always do a force recheck on every torrent,up until recently it worked fine.Now 9 out of ten torrents are saying complete and going to seed but when i do a recheck they are coming back from 99.2-99.9% done all the time,i have tried starting then again to complete them but when i do the check again the same story it aint all there,can anybody help me out as to why i am having this problem.Oh and i have done a complete fresh install of window xp yesterday thinking it might be a computer prob but its still doing it,thanks in advance for any help before i go mad.

Hi, this is ScotDude's wife. The error he has been having has been happening more and more frequently lately. He has tried a different hard drive and latest uTorrent, but still same problem. He claims that it is the isp buggering his pc up, but I dont see why it would affect his pc and not mine (I use the same windows, uTorrent, etc as him) There is no thumbs.db in the torrent btw, and the one drive that he was using is damaged, but to have 2 drives in a row damaged? I find that hard to understand. I hope someone can help as (for the time being) he has given up wih the pc all together cos everything he has downloaded has buggered up on him.
