trying to reinstall utorrent, help!!!

i am having a problem with utorrent and am trying to reinstall it, however everytime i do the reinstall comes back with the same torrents in the window. Its as if the computer is recalling the previous install. How can i make it so the computer will recognise the utorrent i download as the first one and not recall any previous settings.

sorry but could you tell me where i go to delete the below.

Delete settings.dat and settings.dat.old from %AppData%\uTorrent with the client closed
