I can see clearly that the download is limited to 6kb/s.Does anybody know where this setting would come from and how I can fix it up? I should be getting closer to 30 or 40kb/s, so it's slowing me to less than 20% of the speed I should be getting, and I can't figure out how to fix it.Please someone!Thanks in advance!
