Checking Files?

Hi Utorrenters,

I was wondering if anyone can help me out with Utorrent?

When I D/L a torrent that has lots of files or a big torrent. If I stop my PC for whatever reason and then reboot and start utorrent again Utorrent takes AGES to check the file(s) before it starts D/L again? Sometimes this takes hours?

Is there a way to stop this or is it something thats built into Utorrent?

I also use Bitcomet but whenever I re-start a torrent with this client it starts downloading right away, where as Utorrent sits there ages checking file(s)

You aren't giving uTorrent a clean shut down when you restart your computer.
