Chib
utorrent doesn't actually say that it has shaped me to 50KB/s, it just refuses to download any faster (it will sit at somewhere between 49.1 and 50.4 KB/s usually.) I've tried lots of different speed restrictions included unlimited upload and download and I also know it's nothing to do with my connection because I can still get faster downloads on my other bittorrent program. Switeck
Have you tried protocol encryption enabled or forecd in µTorrent?Your other BT program may be using that (or something like it) by default and bypassing your ISP's BT throttling ...if there is any. Chib
Nope, I've tried a bunch of different upload speeds (including unlimited,) and it's set as the same upload speed when seeding.
