niRRity
My idea is to create a local database that feeds from external RSS feeds, then the user will be able to search this database through the search box.
Animorc
I don't really see this as a client feature. More like a web page feature.
niRRity
A web page can be closed. Closing down all the RSS feed sites is much more difficult and unlikely.RSS feature is scheduled to be added to uTorrent, all the devs have to do is save these feeds into a local database and make it searchable, this should be pretty simple and it will be a powerful feature. infirmus
I reckon this would be a great feature.I have a program called Torrent VCR which I aquired from a user on a private torrent site which keeps a database of all the RSS items it retreives, but its not searchable. alienvenom
I made a better solution a while ago. Search tvRSS. Currently, there are two sources, "eztv" and "vtv". I've been keeping history since last August. You can search through what I have at http://tvrss.net/search/Also, I provide rss feeds for both sources.
