Now, I was under the impression that the number of Seeds and Peers can greatly enhance you ability to download a file and receive it more quickly. One of my files has 0(22297) seeds and 0(33004) peers, another has 0(760) seeds and 0(1560) peers, and I have been stuck at 0% all day. I have shut down and restarted utorrent, disconnected and reestablished my internet connection, and restart/shutdown my computer hoping it would make some change, but nothing.Is there something wrong?
