problem with almost finished files

in the folder where are located the files of the torrents that are not completed, there are some files that have not the .ut extension

this means they are completely downloaded, but utorrent did not remove them to the "complete downloads" folder

why these files arent they moved to the "complete downloads" folder? how I am sure that they are completely downloaded? is it safe to consider them as complete downloads?

again in the temporary download folder, there are some files that have the .ut extension but their size is almost (if not) the same as the size of the complete file

why these files arent renamed to their default extension and they re not moved to the "complete downloads" folder? is it safe to consider them as complete downloads?

1) µTorrent moves when the ENTIRE torrent job finishes. Yes, they're finished.

2) If the extension isn't removed, it's not complete. µTorrent pre-allocates the entire file, so you should NOT trust Explorer's statistics to help you figure out what's complete or not. ONLY µTorrent's Files tab.
