jessie4324
I have a Motorola Surfboard SB5100 Modem. I used to have Norton Internet Security 2005 but it expired so I removed it from my computer. Utorrent does not work for me. I have Windows XP Professional 2000 with Service Pack 2. I even tried to disable my Windows firewall but I keep getting an error unable to map UPnP Port. Somebody told me I don't need to forward a port because I only have a cable modem. Can somebody please offer some help as I am really frustrated.

jessie4324
Thanks but I only have a modem and not a router so I was told by somebody else that I don't need to forward a port is this correct information because I can't get it to work for me and I have uninstalled Norton anti virus and added U Torrent to Windows Firewall exceptions (Windows XP SP2 or later only). Ultima
I know, but as I said, Surfboards act like routers in certain situations.
