and i still cant solve my problem.

im using utorrent

windows xp sp2

im on dsl using a westell b90_ modem/router

i have disabled firewall and forwarded ports for utorrent.

i can not get utorrent to see the ports forwarded.

i have set my static ip addy.

im at a lost

i can not get a download speed better than 24 kbs

and it still tells me that the port is not forwarded

"westell b90_" <-- that doesn't tell us much... have any other numbers that we can figure the model out by?

I presume you forwarded as per these instructions, correct? Mind posting a screenshot of how you configured the port forwarding rule in your router, and what you set your static IP to?
