Blitz Posted November 30, 2006 Report Share Posted November 30, 2006 Well heres the problemMy download speeds had been always fine on my utorrent(400+ish on openoffice torrent) before my comp was spoilt and sent for repair to be reformmated. However after the reformat my speeds dropped to a maximum download spd of 90kb on the openoffice torrent. I've used the settings from the speedguide itself and i have the green status sign.DHT,UPnP and PortForwarding is all working and I've also tried the solutions on Ultima's thread such as disabling dht and upnp but it didn't work. I'm not sure if its becos of the norton internet security installed on my comp which is creating the problem but i've tried disabling its firewalls but it din't solve it=)Any help given would be appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
