Stuck at 99.9% - Help please

My download on UTorrent is stuck at 99.9%.

There is 0(0) Seeds, Yet there is 51(105) Peers.

Im getting a download speed of 0.0 - 0.1KB/s.

The port is open and ive checked that. DMZ is Disabled.

Tracker status says 'No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.'

Ive checked the logger and it says 'Unable to map to UPnP Port.'

Ive also checked the Peers and it seems that loads of people are stuck on 99.9%.

Somebody help please!

If the availability is less than 1.0 then the torrent is probably not going to finish and it's also likely a fake torrent.
