Zinedin
Hallo! I have a question about the information shown on the interface of the µTorrent, to be more specific: the field that shows hash error when a torrent is highlighted... sort of. It says "Wasted:57.0 MB (17 hashfails)". I have no idea actually what an hash error is to be honest. What does this information mean? Do I need to re-download the data from beginning? Firon
No, it just means that it got some bad data (and sometimes just data it already had) and discarded it. It automatically re-downloads it, so you don't have to worry.
Zinedin
Alright, I'll just wait and see what happens. Thank you!
Firon
If the torrent finishes, all the data you actually have is good.
Zinedin
Yup, that seems to be the case! I didn't have any trouble with it so far and I probably never will. Well, thanks once again.
