PC-cillin problems

Hi,

I've been searching over the forum and on Google about port forwarding through PC-cillin.

I have my PC-cillin on high security so I get asked each time something wants to go on the internet.

I have allowed uTorrent and the port in PC-cillin but it still does not let uTorrent use that port properly.

When I disable PC-cillin/set it to low security everything works perfectly... so it's not a problem with my router forwarding and it doesn't seem like a problem with my firewall rules. There must be something stopping it when PC-cillin is on high security.

EDIT

It seems to only let the port through properly when PC-cillin is on LOW. It doesn't work on medium either
