When I'm downloading a torrent, my upload speed is fine, and I continue to get a decent upload speed when the torrent is finished downloading. However, I am a part of a distro community, so I get a files before they are released to public. I download the files and the torrents that belong to the files, and I place the files in the correct folders. The problem is that I do not get an upload speed at all when I click on the torrent.
