speed has dropped to a combined 25kb/second

For the last little while I think about a week and a half or so, my speed has been radically and all of a sudden reduced. It used to be anywhere between a combined download rate of like 170 kb/second to 10 kb/second.

Now its never ever over 25 kbs per second, I have it set on unlimited but there is a thing at the bottom of my utorrent that says limited downloads or downloads limited or something. Anyone have a clue whats up?

Your upload speed limits your download speed if you set upload speed below 6 KB/sec.

Really though, if you're only uploading at 5 KB/sec or less...be happy you get up to 20 KB/sec!

Or set your upload speed to at least 50% what your upload max is...and that problem should go away.

thanks, normally its not 5 kbs per sec it was higher as a rule I guess average of 50, anyways thanks ... I put my download speed up a notch and it went up to 30 kbs per sec then i put it up to 10 and it immediately went up to a 170 kbs per sec, thanks for your help, you hit it right on.
