Unfortunately I have now discovered that my ISP is on the "Bad ISP" list. Worse yet, the proposed encryption level for my ISP is 4+, ouch!So, is there any way that I can improve the encryption of uTorrent (a plugin, perhaps) as 30kB/s is unbearable.
