Unable to Load, the system can not find the file

Did a search and could not find anything about my problem.

I keep getting a window when I download a torrent. The window appears when I am directed to utorrent. The window says "Unable to load (the torrent name here) torrent, the system can not find the file specified". I have never had this before, Changed nothing, setting, no router. Any help would be appreciated.
