Pause torrent if 0 bytes loaded in X minutes

Doubtful. Some people who seed get to sit on a torrent for days waiting for peers to appear. Its use would be extremely limited if not completely useless.

Why would it be useful? If a torrent sits at 0 KB/s, uTorrent just starts the next one in the queue. I don't see how pausing it and potentially missing out on other peers/seeders or the tracker coming back up would help you.

I think Steelunicorn missed out on the ignore slow upload and ignore slow download advanced options that uTorrent already has. They will start another torrent if one becomes too slow while still remaining active should the condition change. A much better implementation of what I think you're trying to accomplish.

No, I'm not missed them. But utorrent counts my downloads slow too often (I'm on dialup ) so it ends with all queued torrents started :?
