Now when I tried other programs they have been able to just see how much I have downloaded and resume. utorrent has not. I am getting messages too of no incoming connections. But when I make a special exception for the selected port it still doesn't work. I followed directions and did it on my computer and the modem/router.The strange thing is, sometimes I get incoming connections, sometimes I don't. Its random. And I don't have random ports setting on. With the resuming issue:I saved it in the same spot as the data I want to complete. And used the same torrent. From the same website. Any suggestions?
