µtorrent-Guest Posted December 23, 2006 Report Share Posted December 23, 2006 if the router you have no access to does not support (or has not activated) UPnP, then you can a) ignore the error message, untick the box for it in the settings of µT, c) do nothing about the problem since you need access to the router to forward a port in it!you can try d) ask someone that has access to the router to forward a port for you.if that person needs help you can e) refer him to portforward.com Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It will just give you not the best torrent experience you would get with a forwarded port, but it will download and upload non the less.Happy holidays!
