I upload to much but can't download $hit!!!!

First off anytime you upload as much as me like 19GB on a 4.37GB file you should have a fast download speed

I get about 25 KPS and i have a 2504 Kbps Cable connection do i set it to 2Mbps in the connection tab this isn't fair other people are getting what the want i want my cake and

ice cream too.

And it just isn't a one time thing is always happens i don't think its my ISP!!

Under Speed Guide (CTRL+G) you base the settings off your UPLOAD speed, which is likely smaller by far than 2 megabits/sec.
