Inf
First, use the speed guide in utorrent to set it up right for your connection. If it still happens after that, try disabling DHT.If still happens, decrease the max number of connections in ut to something as low as 20..30.If it still happens, make 100% again you did the speed guide right :-)
Ultima
Heh all of those suggestions were touched upon in that thread he linked to, and more @urbinek: 2KiB/s free is NOT what has been recommended. But you fail to provide additional information as requested at the bottom of that thread too...
Switeck
You mention a LAN admin. Are you on a school or business LAN and internet connection? And also, you would only be connecting through a server if you were running proxy server software or if for some weird reason the server was set up as the internet gateway/router. urbinek
@ultima you mean that i must answer for these questions ??IF NONE OF THE ABOVE HELP, provide us with the following information..................and as you probably know i have 6,5 kB/s ul and if i set up limit for 5 or less kB then my downloading is limited .... so what should i do .. ?@SwiteckI'm in small (settlement / exile i don't know word ^^") LAN networkI'm not using proxy server or something and server is set up as the internet gateway because for my admin it is more convenient than router
Switeck
Being on a LAN behind a server/router/gateway beyond your control almost always causes a firewalled condition.
Ultima
@urbinek: Not necessarily all of that information, but how exactly did you expect us to figure out that you have a 6.5KiB/s upload limit? With the lack of information, we couldn't have figured that out.

Ultima
Oh. Well, that's one reason it's better for you to keep your problems in a single thread ;\In that case, it's exactly as I predicted before...... or set it to 6KiB/s and hope the internet doesn't get choked for you ...
