need help with static ip

I am having trouble with setting up my static ip. mi have done it once and had no problem at all but i dont seem to manage it again. i have no idear where i am going wrong???

Im not actually to sure what the problem is??? i have done wot i done before to set up the static ip and it seems to be done. but i have opened a port for utorrent and it does not seem to be open? i have no idear why? i have done exactly wot i done before but without the result?

Then you'll need to read µTorrent's configuration guide somewhere on this forum.

Try finding it with a search...as I don't know its web address.

I have set up utorrent fine???

I have set up ip address and had a mate come round just to double check.

Then i have set up the port and opened it just like it says on portforward.com.

But i seem to get the red warning sign at the bottom! before i reinstalled windows i had really fast download speeds and the green tick. there is nothing i can see that is different???
