EthanEmerald Posted December 30, 2006 Report Share Posted December 30, 2006 When things are downloaded through uTorrent, it gives a down speed and an up speed in terms of KB that will increase and decrease as the torrent is downloaded. I understand what the down speed is, that's the rate at which my torrent is being downloaded. But what's the "up speed"? wendy Posted December 30, 2006 Report Share Posted December 30, 2006 when ever you use a torrent you are uploading and downloading, you upload the picese of the file you have to other people that dont have it, you only upload what you have so it you have 2% of a file you will upload that 2% to others. the people you are connected to and are downloading from are the peoples that are uploding to you. that how torrents work Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
