Leifr
Hello, I'm hoping someone here can help me. My utorrent seems to be causing a strange problem on my network, and I've finally decided that I don't have a clue where to start fixing it. Basically, whenever I run utorrent, no matter how big or small the file I'm d/l'ing is, the file downloads, but nothing else in the house can connect to the internet via the wireless network. So I can get my file, but it's at the expense of being able to amuse myself while I wait and everyone else gets shut out until I'm done. Can someone tell me what's going on and how to fix it? I've googled the problem, but I'm not finding anything that feels like it matches.
µtorrent-Guest
make sure to choose the right value in CTRL+Gif that still causes problems, disable the DHT network since it stresses crappy network hardware and setups. If, even after choosing right value in CTRL+G and disabling DHT network, the problem persisted then your network setup is crap when it can't handle a fairly ammount of traffic.
