Trouble with moving files after they are downloaded

Hi, I am having a hard time figured out why some of the files were moved to another folder by utorrent after they got finished downloading and some stayed in the folder, they have been downloaded into. Only the ones inside a folder were moved. When it was only an .avi file by itself (not in a folder) it stayed there. What can be wrong?

It is not a big problem, a can stil move them myself, but I would like to know
