asv
My upload speeds seem to be limited by my download speed. I have a 15Mbit/2Mbit connection, on any torrent I try, if I leave my download speed set to 0(unlimited), my upload speed can sit right around 200. As soon as I limit my download speed, the upload drops to around 1-4kbs. I am using a D-Link DGL-4300, fw rev 1.7, I have a green check and torrents work great as long as I leave the limits alone. I really need to be able to throttle my downloads down a bit, and I can't figure out how to do so without crippling my uploads as well.
Ultima
Yeah the download rate limiter is a bit wonky -- there's not much you can do about that, unfortunately. The only workaround I can think of (if you're trying to improve/maintain your ratio) is for you to stop the torrents, skip all files in the Files tab, and start the torrent again. You'll end up uploading only, though, but at least your ratio gets improved =\
