back once again

hello again.right where do i start.ok the on going speed issue continues

having thought it has been sorted out.bt india told me that between 4pm and

7pm most people in my area(about 50)use or download thus capping my download

speed.

so just 2nite i started a popular torrent with plenty of seeds.started fine

about 300 KB/s download.so i decided to start another torrent whilst this one

going too.the latter was only a small file but suddenly the speed dropped to about 30KB/s

the time is now 10:30pm and currently downloading at about 70Kb/s

just wondering if this is right.
