Cannot run utorrent.exe or download new version - just stopped working

utorrent worked fine for a few weeks, then just stopped working. I uninstalled and tried to run my saved utorrent.exe file, that failed with some kind of, "could not access" error. So I deleted it and went to download a new version. I now get an error, "cannot connect to download.utorrent.com".

I've run Virus Scan and Spybot, found a few bits but hasn't made a difference.

Any ideas??

Hi. No, not using that program nor any other kind of filter, firewall etc. Worked fine for a few weeks, went to start it one eve (the day after it had last worked) and I had the above symptoms?!
