brandnew21
I didnt realize moving my downloaded files would interupt any seeding that would go on. Is there anyway to fix it so those files can be seeded again?
Ultima
Right click the torrent, advanced, set download location. After you set it, right click the torrent, force recheck.
brandnew21
It says Seeding now, but theres "[F]" next to them and they havent done anything. Im worried they'll just sit there and not be seeded.
Ultima
I didn't say force start. I said force recheck.
brandnew21
Alright, and now it says Finished. Will it go to Seeding when it needs to or is there something I have to do? Normally it goes right away, thats why Im confused. Im sorry I know nothing about this topic.
Ultima
If it stops and shows "Finished" shortly after you start the torrent, then you've reached your seeding ratio goal for the torrent. In that case, if you want to continue seeding, then yes, you should force start.
brandnew21
Thats what I did. After I Forced Re-Check, the status stayed at Finish so I clicked Force Start. I just wanted to make sure that was right because it didnt seed after that.
Ultima
Yes, in that case, forcing start is the way to go.
