cant shutdown vista after using utorrent

hello.

i"m using RTM Ultimate vista and every time i use utorrent i cant shutdown the vista.

tried restarting and shutting down but it always stays at the screen shutting down...

it never accures if i dont use utorrent...

can anybody help me?

are my settings wrong?
