titanium Posted January 17, 2007 Report Share Posted January 17, 2007 i have tried everything here, even forwarded the ports. my max used to be from about 40-60kb range. now it's only at 6kb max. i tried increasing the upload speed to 20kb, but only the upload speed becomes faster and not the dl speed.
