Switeck
What settings are you trying to use currently in µTorrent?(This includes ALL the settings as well as advanced settings you've changed...many are more important than most people realize!)Have you tried downloading the very fast test torrent OpenOffice?(This will eliminate the possibility that the problem's just the current torrents or trackers you're on.) Switeck
These values are way too high for your other settings and for your connection:Global max connections at 200Max per peer 50no of upload slots 4max active torrents 10max active downloads 15net.max_halfopen *50Recommended values:Global max connections at 100Max per peer 50no of upload slots 3max active torrents 2max active downloads 1net.max_halfopen 8 (default value)Do note that some of my recommended values are actually GREATER than what Speed Guide recommends for xx/128k upload speed connections, so these can be thought of as upper limits rather than "best" values. Confusious
applied the new settings, all it achieved was to increaseuploading speed to about 8Kbps faster than download speed of about 5K on average
Switeck
Then reduce max upload as low as 6 KB/sec for testing purposes.
