Switeck Posted January 30, 2007 Report Share Posted January 30, 2007 It doesn't matter if you could change your ip...if you still have to go through your college proxy, you'll get filtered/blocked/throttled.A VPN *might* work, but would take a better expert than me to set up!You might get better results with a dial-up ISP to your location, or get someone's help who has an off-campus ISP to download for you.
